It was a quick success, as the store, with its design look, has already been enlarged. Here, there is no wastefulness, the emphasis is on bulk, zero waste, organic and local products... and quality of course. On the stalls, fruits and vegetables, cereals, juices, jams, beer, meat, hygiene and cleaning products... The house also proposes to the customers to deposit their compost, empty glass jars and other egg boxes. Amazing!

Make no mistake about it, Canal Bio is not a cable channel, but an entirely organic supermarket. On more than 300 m², all the products are within reach of the eye and the hand with more than 7,000 references. There are about a hundred cereals and all the products of a classic supermarket, with a large part devoted to fruit and vegetables, fresh bread, a beautiful dairy section, cheese by the slice, fish, butcher's shop, a frozen food section, an organic wine cellar, not forgetting ice creams as tasty as they are light.

Running out of organic soy sauce on a Sunday morning? No problem. This organic-vegetarian store has the advantage of being open every day. There are more than 7,500 items in the store, from a large section of fresh vegetables and fruit to cheese by the slice, bread and pastries, bulk distributors of cereals, flours, legumes and dried fruits, and grocery products that will help you to improve your vegetarian diet (miso, oils...). The wave of organic, fresh produce stores direct from producers continues unabated. Launched in 2014, La Récolte is already a household name, with six recognizably blue-fronted outlets in 2023, including this one. A chain (re)known for its organic products, Naturalia now offers vegan-only stores (in Paris, but also in Vincennes). As you'd expect, this new chain is 100% dedicated to veganism, with the slogan "Entrez en Véganie", an invitation to the uninitiated to come and discover the benefits of this lifestyle. Bien, a (re)famous brand in the organic sector, was created by Fabrice Sarfati, an epicurean. On the shelves, quality products from organic production methods, respectful of the environment. The team, very professional, will know how to advise you and guide you at best. The fruits and vegetables are fresh and tasty, and the grocery store is a real source of culinary inspiration. The offer is quite complete, since it goes from fresh products to cosmetics, including aromatherapy and bakery.

The name of this store pays tribute to bees and their essential role in maintaining biodiversity. More widely, La Ruche d'Alésia, part of the Biocoop network, is part of a cooperative bringing together several organic stores (in Tolbiac, Mouffetard and Glacière), organic producers and what the network calls "consom'acteurs". In a pleasant and warm setting, with a touch of green design, this beehive offers the best that nature has to offer for our gourmet pleasure: quality fruits and vegetables. On the shelves, on the delicatessen side, a range of products from environmentally friendly artisans, and in the fresh section, a tempting range of cheeses and cold cuts.

Originally, it was a regional brand established only in the Southwest, with a dozen outlets in summer 2019 and the ambition to make organic as accessible as possible. Since its takeover by Carrefour in 2018, So.bio, which therefore only sells organic products, has developed well: nearly 80 points of sale in November 2022, including this large supermarket on the rue de Sèvres. This Borissou bakery is all dapper. A French-Korean organic bakery, opened in Rue du Commerce by Jusik Bae, who has worked in Korea and Japan. On the wooden shelves, a wide range of organic breads, including one made with ancient Egyptian wheat flour and others with gluten-free flours. On and in the display racks, viennoiseries and light non-organic cakes this time: puffed rolls (with green tea, yuzu...), a strawberry cake, a cheesecake, a black forest... By the way, Borissou means "lime tree" in Korean.

La Louve, the first cooperative and participative supermarket in Paris! Anyone can shop there, as long as they have joined the cooperative and provide voluntary participation in the running of the store. The cooperators become co-owners of this supermarket of about 1,500 m² after buying a share. They commit three hours per month to the project.
