But who are these three brothers photographed in cowboy costumes and who dominate over the kitchenette? Answer: Ulrich, Alexandre and Mirko, three greedy gourmands to aunt Léonie and Mama Rosa's cakes. Mirko was already behind the furnaces with them, but he chose fashion rather than cooking. Except that sometimes the past goes up… and finally decides to open his pastry to régaler his brothers and clients, partly thanks to the recipes of his childhood. In its pastries with German inspirations, it uses a lot of lemon and spices. He designs them as collections and works according to the seasons. Among the spots of the shop: the soft gingerbread bread with honey and molasses but also Käsekuchen, white cheese cake and lemon, Katzi, the "little kittens cake", made of chocolate and hazelnuts but also a tumbling down to fruit - apple, it's the star, and so on. The decoration has a vintage., almost nostalgic, which makes the place truly apt!

I'm.a returning customer. Did the owners change? What happened? Fortunately, the baked goods looked the same but Pukka tea did not have any flavor as if it was already used. All I've tasted was soapy dish washer and coffee was mostly foam. Pukka is a descent tea brand and have tried many flavors so I am still puzzled. Was it old or reused?

I came back because of welcoming atmosphere and quality of what you've offered.

After we've ordered and settled down with our cakes and drInks served, the staff came by and told us that the place will be closed in about 30min. Had wr been warned when we entered wrvwould have gone somrwhere else.

Since such service is pretty much an act of cheating a customer, as strange as it seemed, I unetstood as we had to pay and that they had to close their chashier in about 30min.. Soon they came to tell us to pay, of course our drinks and cake were not finished. I kIndly asked if we can at least finish the cake. They gave us five minutes, not an elegant experience. As we stepped outside there were people enjoyIng their cake and drinks at the terrace not asked to wrap up.
They did not speak French but their English was also very limited. Isn't Paris still a capitol of France?

If the original owner still run the place. Please please I beg you to come back and I really hope that you will be blessed with staff that can stand up to the quality of what you can offer.
