Here we support young talented winemakers, we highlight the great names of tomorrow and we abandon - somewhat - the great classics of Bordeaux or Burgundy to put forward Côtes-du-Rhône or wines from the Loire and Languedoc. The range is wide, as long as the wines are produced as naturally as possible, in respect of their terroir and nature, and that they keep their promise! The house also offers unusual champagnes and whiskies selected by Florian Aubertin, the "official selector of the cellar's nuggets". Commercial website, delivery of wines and spirits ordered between two and four days (metropolitan France).

Known as one of the best natural wine cellars in Paris, the place does not disappoint. The caviste knows his wines, and the selection is dreamy.
