Founded in 1878, it offers a wide selection of wines, including the Saint-Véran appellation. The Saint-Véran "Vieilles Vignes" comes from a plot planted in 1983, located at altitude in the commune of Chasselas. This wine is vinified in oak barrels, giving it aromas of vanilla, hazelnuts and toasted almonds. It can be kept for around 5 years, and goes perfectly with fish, shellfish, white meats and poultry in cream sauce. Domaine Saumaize-Michelin is a winery located in Vergisson, in the heart of the Mâconnais region of Burgundy. Specializing in the vinification of white Burgundies, the domaine offers wines from the finest terroirs in the Pouilly-Fuissé and Saint-Véran appellations. Founded in 1978, the domaine has expanded over the years. In 1981, a parcel of Pouilly-Fuissé called "Clos sur la Roche" was purchased and partially planted. In 1992, parcels of Saint-Véran were added to the range. In 1995 and 2005, new plots of Saint-Véran and Pouilly-Fuissé were added. In 2006, part of the sharecropping of the "Ronchevats" and "Crays" vines was bought out. The new cellars were completed in 2007. Château de Lavernette is a winery located in Leynes, Saône-et-Loire, on the border of the Mâconnais and Beaujolais regions. The estate offers a selection of wines including Beaujolais Blanc, Bourgogne Blanc, Pouilly-Fuissé Maison du Villard, Pouilly-Fuissé M. Du Villard J-J de Boissieu, Pouilly-Fuissé Vers Châne, Beaujolais-Villages, Beaujolais-Leynes, Beaujolais-Leynes cuvée Jadis, Crémant de Bourgogne and Granit. Domaine Belleville has been undergoing a re-enchantment since it was taken over by owners aiming for excellence at all stages of their production, starting with an organic conversion launched in 2017 on the 18 ha property. Each of the 21 appellations is vinified with respect for the integrity of the climates distributed mainly in Côte Chalonnaise in Rully, Mercurey then Santenay, Puligny Montrachet and finally Gevrey Chambertin. The Cave du Père Tiennne, located in the town of Sologny, is the fruit of the dream of Agnès and Eric PANAY, who realized their desire to become winegrowers in 1992. Despite financial difficulties and a lack of land and equipment, they managed to rent a plot of vines and finally become winemakers. They chose to make their wine in a Cave Particulière, so as to be able to market their products directly and make the most of their production by selling in bottles. Thanks to the confidence of other vineyard owners, they have been able to expand their vineyard and now have 5.5 hectares of freehold land and 60 ares of leased land. Their entire harvest is vinified and sold in bottles, mainly direct to private customers who are welcomed at the Cave for enjoyable tastings. Although their three sons have different passions, Agnès and Eric secretly hope that at least one of them will take up the torch to perpetuate the family traditions.

La Cave Talmard is a winery located in Uchizy. It is run by Mallory and Benjamin Talmard, who own the vineyards. The winery offers a variety of wines, including Douceur d'Automne, which features fig notes on the nose and a slightly sweet palate, ideal for foie gras and desserts. During the last three weeks of August, the winery is also closed for annual vacations.

Created in 2021, by 2 associates with a passion for wine tourism, À la Cave is bursting with good ideas. All the wines on offer, 60% of which are from Burgundy, have been carefully selected by the winemakers themselves. You can ask for advice according to your tastes or food and wine pairings. The easily accessible space is carefully arranged to showcase the bottles. Tasting workshops are organized on a regular basis, and with the subscription formula, you can regularly receive Vivien and Vincent's favorites, sometimes including rare wines.

Since 2022, Domaine de la Monette has been in the hands of Pierre-Etienne Chevallier, a young winemaker who trained in Beaune before gaining experience in Côte-d'Or, California and Côte Chalonnaise. Wine production is above all a family affair in the Lapierre family. Romain represents the fourth generation of winemakers in Burgundy, more precisely in the vicinity of Solutré. The Fichet family has a long history with wine, dating back to 1408, when a man named Stephus Fichet was already cultivating vines in the same area. Today, brothers Pierre-Yves and Olivier manage 35 ha of vineyards on the estate created by their father and since extended. Located in a shopping area north of Chalon, the Baguépi bakery and patisserie is renowned for its many types of sandwich. The bread is made from carefully selected blends of flour. For quality produce, don't miss the Chalon markets. Four major events are held each week. On Wednesdays, at Place de l'Hôtel-de-Ville, food is king. For the best bargains, head for the Stade district, north of Chalon, on Thursday mornings. On Friday, from Place Saint-Vincent to Place de Beaune, gourmet products and textiles are on sale. Pierre Virot, who runs a small 5-hectare domaine in the Burgundy and Mercurey appellations (including two red Premier Crus), has been awarded the prestigious Prix d'Excellence by the Concours Général Agricole in 2023 and 2024. The Vincent Royet family estate, established in the heart of the Côtes du Couchois since 1930, passionately produces Crémant and white and red wines renowned for their quality and reasonable price. A gourmet playground, the Filletières goat farm is a must-see for the whole family. A benchmark for local agro-tourism, the farm was taken over in October 2022 by Franck and Kelly Dumont. The couple are continuing the adventure with a herd of around 230 goats, which can be viewed and petted on a self-guided tour (milking every day at 5pm). A protected appellation since 2014, Charolais PDO goat's cheese is one of the largest, measuring at least 7 cm in height. Weighing around 250 g and requiring 2 to 2.5 liters of raw milk, it is ladle-molded, ripens for a minimum of 16 days, and has a mild, lactic aroma. Recognizable by its high, barrel-like shape, it is surrounded by a bloomy rind and fine paste after 21 days of ripening. Enjoy it with a dry white Mâconnais wine.

Obtained in 2014, the Appellation d'origine protégée (AOP) Boeuf de Charolles is a meat typical of the original cradle of the Charolais breed. Here, generations of enthusiasts have passed on the art and know-how of taming the green treasure of this land: its grasslands. The bocage is but the visible expression of this symbiosis. The rich perfumes, intense aromas and abundant juiciness of Boeuf de Charolles meat are the gustatory expression of this symbiosis. The Certificat de Garantie d'Origine des viandes identifies the Boeuf de Charolles PDO.

In existence since 2010, this PDO promotes a goat's cheese from the Mâconnais region. It's the mark of a traditional, high-quality product, produced between vineyards and rocky outcrops. This tasty cheese, made from 100% pure raw goat's milk, has an extremely distinctive character. It can be recognized by its truncated shape and soft, bloomy rind. Ideal to round off a cheese platter, this little goat's cheese, eaten warm, fresh or matured, is a fine counterpoint to pinot or chardonnay.

A tasty black pearl, the Bresse turkey has been an AOC since 1976 and the only one with a PDO since 1996. Raised on grain and milk in the purest Bresse tradition, the Bresse turkey develops a white meat with a savory taste. On the shelves, you will find it shredded or ready-to-cook, and its weight will be at least 3 kg. Three specific marks identify its origin: a ring on the left leg with the name and the address of the breeder; a seal and a black seal "Dinde de Bresse" on the bust; a specific label "Dinde de Bresse".

Bright Star is the brewery of Markus and Pam Brutsch, a Swiss-American couple who moved to the region in 2015.
