Philippe Chautard, grandson of Louis Picamelot, is the director of this great house specialized in Crémant de Bourgogne. Committed to perpetuating the quality of the terroirs that have contributed to the brand's renown, Philippe has created a winery housed in a bioclimatic building in the heart of the rock. This site houses all the company's production tools. A welcoming boutique, where tastings take place on a platform overlooking the stocks, adjoins the walls of this former quarry sinking beneath the earth and vines.
