Maison André Delorme is an institution on the Saône-et-Loirien wine scene. Specializing in the great wines of the Côte Chalonnaise and, above all, Crémant de Bourgogne, this vast 116-hectare estate delicately showcases the terroirs of the Rully, Givry, Mercurey, Bouzeron and Montagny appellations. Produced using sustainable viticulture methods, the wines are fine and delicate. Located in Rully, the Maison Amelin has been putting traditional know-how and quality at the heart of its sparkling wine production for over 60 years. At the head of this family business, Géraldine produces 350,000 bottles per year: fine wines, crémants or sparkling wines in brut, rosé or even red! All of them are elaborated according to the traditional method that we are happy to discover during a tasting or a visit of the site. Practical: you can even extend your stay by taking advantage of the gîte installed above the winery.

Since the ^14th century, the Ninot family has seen a succession of coopers and winemakers, always with the same love of the vine. Today, it's Erell and Flavien, sister and brother, who continue to make history. On their 13 ha in Rully and Mercurey, they produce white and red wine, certified organic since 2020, in village and 1er cru appellations. You can simply visit the cellar, taste or take advantage of more complete and original offers, such as electric bikes and adventures in the vineyards.

The quality of Domaine Dureuil-Janthial wines, which Céline and Vincent Dureuil took over in 1994, is well established. Established mainly in the Côte Chalonnaise with 20 ha of vines in Rully and Mercurey, they are also present in the Côte de Beaune and Côte de Nuits with 3 ha. The team works its vines with the greatest respect for the land, seeking to reveal all the specificities of the different terroirs at its disposal. The magnificent ^19th-century vaulted cellar houses over 20 cuvées, which are available for tasting upon reservation.

In the area of Surremain, wines are not eaten as everywhere. To begin the selected wines have a special feature, since they come from a biological or biodynamic culture (in other words, a culture top culture). In addition to the wines of the property, we find the names givry, mercurey, mercurey and many others from wine-growing wine-growers. The other thing is that here you are offered to eat while eating. Fine meats, cheeses, accompanied by a selection of a dozen wines, a different way to taste and appreciate the riches of the Burgundy region.

Philippe Chautard, grandson of Louis Picamelot, is the director of this renowned Crémant de Bourgogne house. Committed to perpetuating the quality of Burgundy's Crémant terroirs, Philippe has created a winery housed in a bioclimatic building in the heart of the rock. This site houses all the company's production tools. A welcoming boutique, where tastings take place on a platform overlooking the stocks, adjoins the rock of an old quarry sinking beneath the earth and vines.

Albert Sounit is a winery located in Rully. It offers a drive-through and delivery service for its fine wines and Crémants de Bourgogne.

Domaine Belleville has been undergoing a re-enchantment since it was taken over by owners aiming for excellence at all stages of their production, starting with an organic conversion launched in 2017 on the 18 ha property. Each of the 21 appellations is vinified with respect for the integrity of the climates distributed mainly in Côte Chalonnaise in Rully, Mercurey then Santenay, Puligny Montrachet and finally Gevrey Chambertin. The wines are sold in Meursault at the splendid new cellar of the parent company, the Manoir des Parcellaires de Saulx.
