Laurent Cognard bought his first vines in 1997 and settled in 2006 with 5.5 hectares. Today, he farms almost 18 hectares, from the Côtes de Beaune to the Mâconnais, including 6.4 ha of Montagny1er cru. Settled since 2018 in the heart of Buxy, the domaine, which produces white, red and crémant wines, limits its phytosanitary inputs to a minimum, earning it Terra Vitis certification. "A good bottle is an empty bottle", the owner likes to remind us.
