This young domaine is located in Buxy. Laurent Cognard bought his first vines in 1997, and settled here in 2006 with 5.5 hectares. Today, he manages almost 18 hectares of vineyards, from the Côtes de Beaune to the Mâconnais, including 6.4 ha in the Montagny^1er cru appellation. The estate, which produces white, red and crémant wines, limits its phytosanitary inputs to a minimum, earning Terra Vitis certification for the 2020 vintage.
