After spending several years testing their recipes and scouring the markets, Noémie and Maxence, two young entrepreneurs, set up store downtown, first in a short-lived boutique, then "at home" since early 2025. Their credo: gourmet cookies, made with local ingredients and available in a wide range of shapes and fillings, even in multi-part yule logs for Christmas.
