Philippe Chautard, grandson of Louis Picamelot, is the director of this renowned Crémant de Bourgogne house. Committed to perpetuating the quality of Burgundy's Crémant terroirs, Philippe has created a winery housed in a bioclimatic building in the heart of the rock. This site houses all the company's production tools. A welcoming boutique, where tastings take place on a platform overlooking the stocks, adjoins the rock of an old quarry sinking beneath the earth and vines.

Created in 1928, FCCBJ brings together the cooperative wineries of Saône-et-Loire, Côte-d'Or and Yonne, as well as Fruitières du Jura. Here are two generations that the Germain family - today it's Nicolas Germain who is at the helm - we rule chocolates and desserts based on high quality ingredients without concession, especially concerning chocolate, of course, which is pure cocoa butter. In stores you can find chocolate collections that vary according to the seasons, as well as desserts that fall according to the fresh ingredients available. An excellent house!

In 2000, Jean-Philippe and Jean-Guillaume Bret took over the La Soufrandière estate, acquired in 1947 by their paternal grandfather. They farm their vines using organic and biodynamic methods (including horse-drawn ploughing). They treat the great wines they produce with the same care, thanks to their wine merchant Bret Brothers. It's a pleasure to stop and meet these passionate people, who gladly share their love of terroir.

The Curveux family estate has been established in Fuissé, near the superb Saint-Germain church, for four generations now, winemakers from father to son. The estate is now in the hands of Guillaume, who has taken over from his father Joël. Take advantage of a stroll in the surrounding area to taste one of the appellations produced (Mâcon-Fuissé, Mâcon-Chaintré, Pouilly-Fuissé and Pouilly-Fuissé^1er cru) in the 8-hectare vineyard. Set amidst vineyards that stretch as far as the eye can see, Sylvaine and Alain Normand's cellar is a large, modern building that looks like a Zenith. Inspired by the rocks of the Mâconnais region, it pays homage to the surrounding heritage and communes, including Solutré, Chaintré, Prissé, Igé and La Roche Vineuse, where the couple cultivate 35 ha of vines. Since 1982, Gino and Eve have run En Italie, a renowned delicatessen in the center of town. Since March 2024, young Anna and her parents, Andrea and Maria Luce, also from Italy, have taken over. Charcuterie, cheeses, pasta and other transalpine specialities continue to be showcased by this team just as passionate as the previous one. A new feature is a small dining area, normally extended by a terrace in fine weather, where you can enjoy pizzas, focaccias, cannelloni and lasagne on the spot.

Attached to the Cave de Viré since 1995, the Chai de Sennecé is a choice address in Sennecé-lès-Mâcon. Like its big sister, La Maison Vérizet, this winery offers renowned wines from the mâcon, mâcon villages, mâcon péronne, crémant de Bourgogne and viré-clessé appellations. Domaine France Dessauge, although located in the Maranges region of Saône-et-Loire, is well known in the Côte de Beaune for its wine tourism. Sandrine and Jean-Baptiste Dessauge perpetuate the family traditions of an estate that extends over 21 hectares of vines producing eleven different appellations. The tasting cellar is nestled between the winery and the ^16th-century cellars. The Maranges produce assertive wines, while the Santenay are as white as they are red. Located in the heart of the city under the famous arcades, the Cave des Cordeliers offers almost 400 different wines, as well as a wide selection of whiskies and spirits. You'll find Burgundy wines of course, from Mâconnais to Mercurey, as well as wines from neighboring Jura such as Arbois, known for its scents strongly reminiscent of the terroir. A bakery that, the warm bread, so far nothing exceptional, but when it smells the joy of living and the good mood, it is pure pleasure. The specialties of Eric and Corinne? In 1997, the town of Charnay-lès-Mâcon, a new owner, engaged in the restoration of existing heritage: couchant door, cooler, entrance pavilion, farm buildings, wells… and makes it a place of cultural events. Located in a shimmering former Perrusson tile factory, Péché Sucré was created by Laurence and Xavier Augagneur over 30 years ago. They produce delicious jams (45 references), spreads, gingerbread and shortbread, chutneys and onion confits, all handcrafted in a small laboratory from mostly local raw materials. A wide range of regional products is also on sale: terrines, mustards, liqueurs, honeys, wines, as well as home decor and old postcards.

Located at the entrance to the village of Montagny-lès-Buxy, on the Côte Chalonnaise, the Domaine du Château de la Saule has been a family affair since the 19th century and Alain Roy is the owner. A winegrower who works an 18.5 hectare estate to produce only Montagny^1er Cru appellation wines through three cuvées. The vineyards of Château de la Saule are worked with care, and the use of treatment products is strongly limited. Christophe Perrin cut his teeth on the Côte de Nuits before moving to Southern Burgundy to set up his own domaine in 2011. Starting with just 3 ha of vines, he now owns 7 ha. Located in the heart of the Cluny vineyards, Domaine Christophe Perrin produces white, red and rosé wines. The fountain of fountains offers wild mushrooms of naturally dried wood sorted and hand conditioned. Blonde and brown morilles. Extra cedar, yellow or gray Chanterelles and trumpets. The majority of mushrooms are picked up in Auvergne, Loire, Haute Loire, Lozère, Corrèze, Doubs… Many star chefs and large grocery stores trust the fountains.

Arriving at the estate is particularly pleasant in a vast courtyard on the main street of the charming village of Jambles. Christophe Drain perpetuates a family estate whose vines extend over 18 hectares around Givry with a balance between white and red crus, Villages and Premiers Crus, plus a Crémant, a ratafia and 7-year-old Fines et Marcs. In 2014, Yann Flandre took over the family estate, founded in 1972, which produces only Montagny^1er crus, certified organic since 2023. The estate's 13 hectares, which boast superb views over the surrounding countryside, are notably spread over the Coères and Chaniots lieu-dits. A monopole cuvée is also produced. With their characteristic minerality, Montagny wines are perfect with shellfish and white meats. Yann Flandre's wines are featured on the menus of some of Paris's finest restaurants, and are also exported worldwide.

For more than 120 years, the Leblanc family has been passing on the tools and know-how to continue to produce oils in an artisanal manner, from father to son. If the mill is located in Burgundy, Leblanc oils are also present in Paris in their shop (6, rue Jacob). Although the company's flagship product is sesame oil, many other oils are produced: olive (extra virgin and truffle-flavoured), pistachio, sunflower, pine nut, walnut and hazelnut, argan, grape seed or pumpkin oil...

Jean-Pierre Michel is a benchmark for fans of Mâconnais wines and Burgundy in general. Since 2017, together with his son Quentin, they now farm nearly 9 ha in Quintaine, in the heart of the Viré-Clessé and Mâcon-Villages appellations. Their manual work, without herbicides and using organic fertilizers, earned them Organic Agriculture certification in 2022. To find them, just look for the signature M on the orange brick cellar in Quintaine.

The Cave de la Vigne blanche, established in Clessé since 1927, brings together the expertise of some 15 growers, who work on some 90 ha of vines. The winery produces two Crémants de Bourgogne (one pinot, the other chardonnay), as well as AOP mâcon-villages and viré-clessé.
