Not far from the prefecture lies a charming bakery. Here, as much importance is attached to the quality of the raw materials as to that of the finished products. Breads are made from local organic flours and baked in a wood-fired oven dating back to 1860, giving them an inimitable taste. Viennoiseries, pastries and savoury products complete the offer and change regularly. The shop has won several awards in the annual galette des rois competition organized by the town council, including in 2025.
