The Moulin is a trout farm where 1st category trout, rainbow trout, Fario, Goden or brook salmon are raised. When the trout are not fished by visitors, they are delivered to restaurants or transformed in the fish farm's laboratory into terrines, rillettes and smoked leaks. New, you will soon be able to find chipolatas, merguez, sausages and even minced steaks, made from trout, in response to the demand for alternatives to meat!
