Since 1870, the Desvignes family has passed on its know-how from generation to generation. Today, Éric and his son Gautier run the 10-hectare estate in the hamlet of Poncey. In 2025, the estate, which had already been practicing "culture raisonnée" for many years, decided to switch entirely to organic viticulture. This philosophy contributes to preserving the terroir and producing seven quality cuvées, both village and premier cru appellations, in Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Guided tours of the estate, including tastings, are also available.
