Jonathan Seguin is one of the young generation of winegrowers on the Côte du Couchois. For him, wine is a vocation: he began by buying vines alongside his studies, and when an opportunity arose, he left his job to set up his own domaine. At 25, he owns just over 9 hectares of vines and is full of ambition. It's a pleasure to visit him in Saint-Sernin-du-Plain to chat with him and taste his wines, whether red, white or rosé, from the Burgundy, Côte du Couchois and Côte Chalonnaise appellations.
