If you're a fan of short-distance sales, you can go directly to a well-known producer, Gaec Pardon, a family-run business nestled in the hamlet of Chavannes. Over 150 Alpine goats are part of the herd. The farm also boasts 70 Charolais cows and 50 dairy cows, making it possible to multiply creamy blends and offer numerous cheeses and Charolais meats for direct sale. A number of local products, including wine, can also be enjoyed, and it is possible to visit the facilities and see the animals.
