A caterer since 1989, Jérôme Bourcet has always been passionate about his craft. But it was only late in life that he launched himself into competitions, obtaining the title of Meilleur ouvrier de France in 2023. In both his Mâcon and Viré stores, you'll find his grandmother's terrine, jambon persillé and pâté en croûte, as well as the house specialty: the Mâconnais pillow, a sort of pie combining pork, guinea fowl, duck, foie gras, quail, truffles and dried fruit.
