For the second year running, at the end of 2024, Benjamin Jouvenceaux won the prize for the best traditional baguette in the département, awarded by the Union des boulangers de Saône-et-Loire. A just reward for this young artisan who takes the time to do things right, especially by letting his dough rest for 24 hours. The result is a crunchy baguette with an airy crumb that keeps well. Full of imagination, he also offers other delicious breads, brioches and cakes.
