Originally based in Mâcon, Clara and Pascal decided in 2021 to move their cheese dairy to a new location. Their new home is in Charnay-lès-Mâcon, where the pretty stone front of their store is already an invitation to visit. Here, they continue to pass on their taste heritage, offering all the best cheeses by the cut or by the piece: flavours from Burgundy and Franche-Comté, of course, but the range goes far beyond that. The stalls also feature tasty Italian charcuterie and jams.
