The cooperative has 130 members and a vineyard of 1,100 ha. In its modern winery, it produces H.V.E-certified AOP Fitou, Corbières, Muscat de Rivesaltes, Rivesaltes and vins de pays wines. Chez Cul d'Oursin is one of the great references of the oyster port! Here, we work as a family and the atmosphere is good, even very good. You quickly get the impression of being part of the family. We owe this lively atmosphere to the Guinot family. For them, oysters are a family affair going back four generations. Yohann is the great-grandson of an oyster farmer from the Arcachon Basin, and he's constantly dreaming up ways to improve the quality of his oysters. Beautiful, fleshy and above all tasty, they can be enjoyed on site or at home.

In the heart of the pond, the shellfish farming area has existed since the early 1960s. Eighty percent of the shellfish is sold directly in the Grau de l'étang and in the surrounding villages. The Leucate oyster, the very famous "Cap Leucate", is an oyster with recognized virtues: it is very hollow and its flesh is very firm with a pronounced taste of hazelnut. But the oyster is not the only star of the pond, also rich in clams, mussels and other shellfish!

L'Hippocampe, is a completely renovated oyster farmhouse that looks great with its wooden facade, the interior room and a pretty terrace overlooking the channel. Here you will be served oysters accompanied, if you wish, by mussels, clams and a glass of white (or rosé) Leucate. Lovers will revel in the Petula Spectacular, an oyster (no. 0) of extraordinary dimensions that has spent no less than 4 years at sea. A very pleasant address held by a team that is just as pleasant, where you can enjoy the sunny and sheltered terrace.

Since the 80's, the Greuzard family dreamed of making wine. This was done in 1987 with the purchase of parcels of carignan in Sallèles-d'Aude. The development of the farm continued in 2001 with the purchase of the Domaine de l'Herbe Sainte. On their land, the winegrowers produce in a reasoned and environmentally friendly way. It is also at the Domaine de l'Herbe Sainte that 4 superb, spacious and well appointed gites are offered, facing the beautiful swimming pool.

The first vines of Château Capitoul, were planted in the ^14th century. It was recognized and elevated to the rank of Cru La Clape in 2015. The wines harvested on the 92.4 ha of the estate have the High Environmental Value label and are part of prestigious appellations. These are the ones you can taste at the cellar or at the restaurants of the Château.

For more than 20 years, right in the center of Les Halles, the Maison Lopez has been delighting its regular customers and tourists with its certified organic tapenades. Go there and like us, you will fall for the classic tapenade made with green or black olives, unless the green one with peppers or the one with Espelette peppers tickles your fancy. You will also find candied garlic and candied tomato. We also like olive oil in half-liter, liter or five-liter cans. You can taste the tapenades and other spreads before buying.

Stéphane and Anna Barbera's grocery store isn't just pretty, it's gourmet too! After a long career in the restaurant business, Stéphane and his daughter have made a dream come true: to open their own gourmet shop. Here you'll find an attractive cheese stall with around a hundred references, as well as charcuterie by the slice and in the form of aperitif platters (to order). You'll also find canning products from Castelnaudary, and spreads made in Gruissan. In short, savoury, sweet and for the thirsty, wines, champagne and spirits.

For three generations, the Canguilhem family has been growing market garden produce in Coursan, in the lower plain of the Aude. Renowned for its famous black and gold stamped Charentais melons, it also offers, for direct sale in its store, asparagus, artichokes, squash, tomatoes, eggplants, strawberries and grapes from the farm. Other seasonal fruits and vegetables and local groceries, including homemade olive oil, complete the picture. Practicing a reasoned agriculture, the farm is certified HVE3, guarantee of food quality.

Bought by the Bousquet family in 1988, this ancient Roman property is today a magnificent and recognized eco-responsible vineyard. The winegrower makes quality wines here, while respecting the wild nature of the territory. The entire vineyard of 30 ha is in organic farming. It is a great success of communication between the winemaker, the vintages of the AOC La Clape and this land with unique aromas. Welcome to the oldest butcher's shop in Les Halles (1967). We like this address for the good mood and the wise advice of Guillaume and Vanessa. But at the Laforgues', it's the quality that's important and everything here comes from short circuits made in Occitania: beef, veal and pork from the Tarn, lamb from the Corbières, or even charcuterie from Lacaune. Since 2005, they've been selling the real cassoulet from the capital of Chaur in Narbonne. They've chosen the cassoulet from Maison Escudier, handcrafted with quality products. Now it's the name of this organic craft beer, renowned throughout the Occitanie region, offering the guarantee of a meticulous selection of local malt and hops. You'll find a wide choice of beers of different hues, textures and flavors, to be enjoyed in the brewery's pub, in restaurants or sold commercially: Sécade, Cargat, Fresquet, IPA or Gabelou, to name but a few. Owned by Domaines Barons de Rothschild (Lafite) since 1999, this impressive 180 hectare estate is rooted in the foothills of Fontfroide, south of Narbonne. Don't be fooled by the name of this stall in the Narbonne market, it's only for gourmets! If Luc Daudin, who works in family with his son Thomas, opens his stall from Thursday to Sunday it is because at the beginning of the week, he is in his laboratory of pork-butchery in Pamiers in Ariège to prepare you excellent dishes: sausage, sausage, black pudding... La Fabrique is a large artisan bakery, pastry shop and sandwich shop ideally located near the mediatheque. Flour is sourced from the renowned Sauret mill, in operation since the ^12th century. Everything is homemade, and the quality of taste is omnipresent, from the various breads (organic, sourdough...) to the fabulous pastries and snacks made from salads, wraps or burgers. Sweet and savoury dishes can be taken away or eaten on the premises in the very pleasant back room, which has a library and doubles as a tea room.

Amandine has taken over the reins of the estate and creates magnificent terroir wines, imbued with the salinity of Peyriac de Mer's maritime soils. A visit to her new cellar in the medieval streets of the historic village center is a must! As you taste the wines, you'll hear all about the Corbières, the Mediterranean grape varieties, the history of the area, the influence of the ponds, the winds and the sun... Not to be missed!

Right in the center of the village, they offer 200 of their favorite wines and a wide range of gourmet delights: wines, vinegars, honey, salts, oils, olives, traditional preserves... The estate's vines, once cultivated by Marthe's father, were given a new lease of life when Benjamin, the grandson, decided to take the estate in hand. Yves soon joined the team, and is now passionately involved in the vineyard and winemaking. A blend of traditional grape varieties has produced fine, fresh cuvées, all organically grown and soon to be biodynamic. Wines and gourmet products to discover on site.

In the 1970s, the villages of Peyriac de Mer, Sigean and Portel-des-Corbières joined forces and founded the "Rocbère" brand, a nod to the rock that overlooks the Berre River. The cellar took a decisive turn in 1993 with the old gypsum quarry of Portel, 80 meters under the ground, where the wine is aged. For more than 20 years, it has been possible to wander through this quarry, among the oak barrels and old casks, on the Terra Vinea tour.

Boris, a passionate young market gardener, has a triple objective: to grow healthy, certified organic vegetables and fruit in Sigean, close to the point of sale and accessible to all pocketbooks. A total of 32 species of vegetables are harvested in the field on the 1.5 ha he cultivates in summer and winter. Freshness is guaranteed by the fact that harvesting is followed by direct sale, with no "cold room" stage. Among these vegetables, two varieties are customer favorites: ogen melon and mini watermelons.

Cop à Coop offers organic or organic-reasoned products from its founding members from Sigeanne; Jean-François from Domaine Saint-Michel des Etangs and Emmanuel from Domaine Vent Terral for organic wines. This is the story of Fanny who, having grown up in the family bakery in Sallèles d'Aude, decided to "return to the roots ", to the place where her father acquired the trade. This beautiful bastide produces renowned wines from 40 hectares certified organic and in conversion to biodynamic viticulture. It relies on the expertise of Eric Fabre, former technical director of Lafite Rothschild, a talent that combines the best of tradition and technology. Don't feel like cooking? You're sure to find what you're looking for at l'Ensoleillade in the halles de Saint-Pierre. A leading caterer since 2005 in Saint-Pierre and Narbonne-Plage. Mathieu Bernard, a trained butcher and chef, offers traditional and typically Mediterranean dishes such as boles de picolat, paella, bouillabaisse (to order), matured prime rib and other grilled sausages and kebabs. Located a stone's throw from the sea and the open-air market, the Lo Vilatge market hall houses a collection of local flavors. They are home to many food shops (butcher, cheese maker, fishmonger, wine maker...) who produce and display their products in about twenty cells. Domaine La Garrigo is isolated in the commune of Tuchan and has been working with organic methods since 2002. The vines are grown organically and some biodynamic practices are also used. Yields are low due to the difficulty of the terroir. Vinification uses indigenous yeasts and no sulfites. Some of the estate's wines spend 6 to 12 months in underground barrels, while others are aged in barrels in the cellar. The winemaker offers various Fitou cuvées, as well as a single-varietal "pure Carignan". The estate is certified organic, and the wines are produced with as little technical intervention as possible.
