Grapes are harvested optimally and vinified in a traditional way: the winemakers can produce deep red wines with ripe fruit aromas. Château La Peyrouse (red) is the conclusive result. It has received two medals this year for the 2016 vintage. In general, it is a good country wine from Vallèe du Paradis, which exists in white or rosé. Je découvre ce domaine suite à un erreur de Chronopost (la cave est un point relais). Pour calmer mes nerfs, j'achète quelque bouteille de vin au propriétaire qui se montre très accueillant et disponible.
Le "Château de la Peyrouse" est un vin délicieux, envoûtant et fruité comme je les aimes! Il n'y a plus qu'à découvrir les autres bouteilles. Merci!

Our friend offered us a sample of the red wine after we returned to his house, and it was excellent. Today, he's cooking lamb that he marinated overnight in the red wine with herbs and shallots. We'll enjoy the lamb with glasses of the same wine, and I'm certain the meal will be wonderful.
