Located in front of the town hall square, this artisan ice cream maker offers his 100% homemade creations made from organic milk, organic fruits and organic sugar, in short, pure nature in your cone. It is on the floor above the store that everything is prepared, 12 flavors ranging from the most classic: vanilla-pecan, chocolate sorbet, pistachio, mango, to the most original: lavender-honey with berries, "detox" sorbet kiwi, cucumber and lime. Au pied du palais des archevêques, ce glacier ne propose que des glaces artisanales, faites maison, de première qualité et fraîcheur. De fait, le choix est limité et les parfums proposés varie tous les jours. Néanmoins, on y retrouvera toujours les grands classiques, chocolat et vanille à côté de saveurs plus originales, lavande, cacahuète...
En cornet ou pot, agrémenté d'un petit biscuit, les boules sont généreuses. Le prix est plus élevé que chez d'autres, mais le plaisir garanti.
