Les Têtes Plates was the name once given to local winegrowers who made nails in winter. Now it's the name of this organic craft beer, renowned throughout Occitanie, offering the guarantee of a meticulous selection of local malt and hops. You'll find a wide choice of beers of different hues, textures, and flavors, to be enjoyed in the brewery's pub, in restaurants or sold commercially: Sécade, Cargat, Fresquet, IPA or Gabelou, to name but a few. Malgré la qualité de la bière, nous ne reviendrons pas dans cet endroit. L'accueil a été minable. Nous avions réservé une formule apéritif pour un groupe de 20. Rien n'était prêt, pas de musique, pas de chauffage et surtout : pas de pain pour accompagner les planches de fromage et charcuterie !!! Nous avons dû partir en acheter !!! Un patron pas professionnel du tout et qui met tout sur le dos du jeune employé qu'il avait appelé au dernier moment et qui n'était au courant de rien. Je précise que le patron s'est pointé parce que nous lui avons telephoné. Et bien sûr pas d'excuses ni de remise sur la note...minable !!!
