In addition to bottled and bulk wines, you'll find organic craft beers, fruit juices, olives, olive oils, seafood, salts, organic jams, honeys, champagnes, blanquettes de Limoux and gift boxes.

Stéphane and Anna Barbera's grocery store isn't just pretty, it's gourmet too! After a long career in the restaurant business, Stéphane and his daughter have made a dream come true: to open their own gourmet shop. Here you'll find an attractive cheese stall with around a hundred references, as well as charcuterie by the slice and in the form of aperitif platters (to order). You'll also find canning products from Castelnaudary, and spreads made in Gruissan. In short, savoury, sweet and for the thirsty, wines, champagne and spirits.

Here you'll find a fine selection offered by the local owners, Domaine Tart-Avizat. Right in the center of the village, they offer 200 of their favorite wines and a wide range of gourmet delights: wines, vinegars, honey, salts, oils, olives, traditional preserves... Cop à Coop offers organic or organic-reasoned products from its founding members from Sigeanne; Jean-François from Domaine Saint-Michel des Etangs and Emmanuel from Domaine Vent Terral for organic wines.
