Trott'up is a trendy, eco-friendly activity for families and friends. Set off on your electric all-terrain scooter along the path leading to the Leucate cliffs to discover breathtaking scenery. The other ride takes you to the foot of the ruins of Leucate castle, and then down to the banks of the lake. Two tasting tours are available, "L'ostréicole" and "Dans les vignes de Fitou", as well as an all-inclusive corporate package with meeting room, meal and scooter ride.

David Ameil offers to take you on a tour of Gruissan's treasures on his brand-new electric mountain bikes. Aquajet is the must-see leisure park in Narbonne! Set in 1 ha of greenery, its aqualudic pools are equipped with water slides. On the programme: 2 pools, 2 paddling pools and 6 water jump ramps at 8, 10 and 12 m. On land, inflatable games and trampolines await the youngest visitors. Located in a fabulous site, the Port Mahon Sigean nautical base welcomes you from March to November for your light sailing courses, nautical excursions, regatta organization or Handivoile activities. You can windsurf, catamaran, windsurf, wingfoil, funboat, kayak or paddle. Exceptional "Wildline" paddle and "100% nature at the end of the day" kayak trips are also available, as well as "water trekking" discovery tours, where you can experience nature on your own.

Espace de Liberté is the Aude department's and the region's flagship sports and tourist site, offering a wide range of activities to suit all tastes:

Aqualudic area: In the indoor area, you'll discover a 25 m, 6-lane swimming pool, heated to 29°C. Families will discover an aqua-family area with slides, a bubble bath and a 300 m² Slash Pad for safe fun. The O'Tonic, a special aquafitness pool, is dedicated to aquabike, crosstraining, Pilates... Outdoor swimmers will appreciate the south-facing Olympic pool (50 m), open from April 1 to a date depending on the weather forecast. For relaxation: the solarium and shaded picnic area. In summer, don't miss the famous Water Jump, featuring 4 exceptional 9 to 12 m-high slopes.

The Domaine de Sainte-Marthe is an unsuspected site in the heart of which many typical marsh species flourish (egrets, moorhens, mallards,...). With the help of small, environmentally friendly and silent electric boats, you will have the opportunity to approach them. You will take pleasure in criss-crossing these large irrigation canals, discovering the wild flora and fauna, maneuvering under small stone bridges and finally hitting the bell located under the last bridge to announce your arrival. A mini-farm awaits the children.

Located on the Ayguades lake, in a nice setting, Marina O Zone has been a real success since its opening. A play area located on 22 ha on the water and several activities proposed: a full size water ski lift 5 pylons long of 800 meters, a huge floating playground composed of 20 Wibit modules, canoes, collective paddles, electric boats (Oxoon), etc. Marina O Zone is home to a water ski club affiliated to the French water ski and wakeboard federation. You can enjoy the snack bar on site and the store.

This certified diving school is based in Port-Leucate, a few steps from the sea. On the spot, several formulas will be proposed to you according to your expectations and your level: initiation, discovery, training, exploration... Everything is done under the aegis of qualified instructors, passionate and qualified "guides of the sea". Specialists in diving for children, the instructors organize baptisms from the age of 6. The environment of the club promises magnificent dives: rocky plateau, coralligenous bottoms, maze of "la Sorcière"...

Colette Lenciani is a passionate artist who has been painting since her early youth. After having tried several techniques, the artist, in love with nature, turned to oil painting with a knife, her favorite, realizing luminous paintings. Pastel and watercolor are sometimes her other artistic expressions. Attached to share her passion, within the Atelier Bleu Indigo, living workshop of artists, she organizes punctual demonstrations of various techniques, training courses" discovery of the painting with the knife" and "aperitifs painting"...

Since its creation in 1978 by Robert Margé, a passionate bull and horse breeder, this manade has become the most important bullfighting farm in France. The farm includes four breeds: toro brave, black argus, wagyu and porc noir. The family-run farm offers activities for the whole family, including cattle sorting, horseback riding and evening events. You can buy the estate's bull and black pig meat and enjoy tapas evenings with DJ or at the restaurant "Les tables de la Bâtisse". Guest rooms are just a stone's throw away.

Nauti Parc is a friendly leisure center located on the Indigo Coast, at the mouth of the Aude River. Accessible from 3 years old, it offers a series of water games: small electric boats, inflatable games, towed machines... Finally, if you are looking for more thrills, Nauti Parc rents boats (with or without license) and jet skis (with license). Note that the initiations and jet ski rides will be supervised by a state-qualified instructor. What to spend an excellent moment to the young and the adults.

Only atvs are allowed on this trail, and all cyclists are forced to ride in the same direction, assuring you safety and serenity if you are accompanied by children. At the beginning of the Oustalet area, close to the pony-club, the loop evolves on a wooded road sheltered from the wind. A few descents are your journey, for the delight of the youngest and least trained. As for those who were waiting for the right place to stop, you will find it when you face the Eye of the Eye panel: a few hundred metres to walk, and you will be there!

The Occita ultralight club lets you contemplate the world at your feet on a discovery flight. Experienced pilots will take you, in complete safety, to discover the La Clape massif, the Gouffre de l'Oeil Doux and the entire coastline, from the Cabanes de Fleury to Port la Nouvelle. You'll fly over Notre-Dame des Auzils, Gruissan, its salt marshes, cottages and old village. You'll appreciate Bages, its pond and the Fontfroide abbey, at the edge of its wooded massif. You'll see the deep blue sea, vineyards, castles, pine forests and massifs pass beneath your feet.
