Bruno Pellegrini, an oenologist by training and a winemaker at heart, has successfully restructured his estate: rigorous selection of new grape varieties, control of production, and a respectful approach to the environment. Today, his daughter Ophélie and son-in-law Xavier are carrying on the family tradition. As a result, after decades of hard work, these wines from the La Clape terroir are exported all over the world. Cartouche is the new meeting place for eco-curious epicureans in Leucate. After serving as perfect ambassadors for Languedoc wines and beyond in Brussels, Paris and Toulouse, they're back home again! Arnaud Granel and Jean-Baptiste Bru propose a concept combining good wines, often organic and natural, from the region and around the world, nibbles (on the premises or to take away) and local crafts: Not pottery and Zouave knives. It's a pleasant, modern place to discover wines that may be unconventional, but that open the door to conversation.

In the heart of the Cité district, the Cave de l'Amphore is a treasure trove of wines. Red, white, rosé, oak-aged or light, budget or grand cru, the team will guide you according to your tastes, desires and budget. The wine selection is rigorous, from regional wines to those from other French wine-growing regions. Set on gently sloping hillsides, this 50-hectare estate with its maritime influences is a marvel of its kind! Until 1781, the sublime château was called Ancely. After that, it took the name of "Nerly" and finally became "la Négly" in 1807. Nowadays, Jean Paux-Rosset and his family take care of the beautiful development of this vineyard. His cellar will welcome you for an unforgettable tasting with a background of wine stories. The estate expanded in 2006 with the purchase of the neighbouring estate of La Boède and offers a range of sustainable wines.

Would you like to travel back in time to medieval times? In their shop full of character, Céline and Renaud make game and beer lovers happy. In total, they have nearly 350 references in both fields! In the shop, you will find beers of all nationalities, role-playing games and various accessories on the theme of the Middle Ages (medieval jewellery, drinking horns, olifants, clothes, mugs...). The duo also offers tasting evenings and game demonstrations. Finally, the curious can venture into the Antre de l'Echoppe, the shop's little brother, where it is possible to discover many beers and spirits.

Laurent Maynadier, winemaker, and Marie, his wife, oenologist, work their wine with great passion in this four centuries old estate, whose exposure to the sea allows the grapes to benefit from the sea spray all year round. Their bottle "Le Bel Amant" has conquered hearts and palates: its raspberry aromas and garrigue notes make it the darling of wine magazines! The manual harvest, the sorting by plot and the harvest at maturity give birth to authentic wines which are the reflection of a so characteristic soil.

According to Pierre Richard, "a good wine is first and foremost a good grape" and it is at the Domaine de l'Evêque that the actor found his happiness in 1986. In love with this authentic site, he made it his home and his wine estate. We can mention the Château Bel Evêque Red, aged in oak barrels, full-bodied, generous, with aromas of ripe fruit. Our favorite is his "Cuvée personnelle", a 100% Syrah single variety. These wines are a delicious accompaniment to festive meals and relaxing aperitifs.

L'Antre de l'Echoppe is both a factory and a beer tavern, located just a stone's throw from its big sister, the Echoppe Médiévale. Located next to the Place des Quatre-Fontaines, in Narbonne's pedestrianised city centre, the address has an amazing setting. Once you've passed the door, the steps will lead you into an atypical basement room with vaulted ceilings, exposed stones, vats, board games and an impressive quantity of beer! On the spot, a dozen draughts are proposed, as well as mead wines, juices and organic sodas.

In the heart of a landscape carved by the winds, on a terroir rich in Mediterranean civilization, Château l'Hospitalet spreads over 1000 hectares of garrigue and vines. Until 1561, the estate belonged to the monks of the Hospice de Narbonne, who grew vines here. Today, in addition to its prestigious, award-winning wines and superb tasting cellar, the Biodynamic estate is a place of art and creation. The 5-star hotel, spa, two swimming pools and gourmet restaurant make for a truly relaxing stay.

Located in the heart of Narbonne, this wine merchant is first and foremost a passionate connoisseur of fine wines and French cinema, and his wife is a decorator. A few kilometers from Narbonne lies a breathtaking Cistercian jewel: the Abbey of Fontfroide. The vines as well as the land are immutable witnesses of past centuries: heir of a monastic viticultural work, installed at the edge of the scrubland, the 12 references of Fontfroide wines are at the same time complex, fruity, racy and tannic. A newcomer to Narbonne, Stéphanie Asco's highly attractive shop is a concentrate of good taste and gourmet delights, and it's because she doesn't want to be like everyone else that you'll find everything here that you won't find anywhere else. First of all, you'll discover a fine selection of wines from the region and beyond, all organic or biodynamic, but also spirits, gins, rums, digestifs... And what can we say about the selection of gourmet products such as Kalios smoked olive oil! A bit of literature and the very enlightened advice of Fanny the epicurean.

Here's a temple to wine that's a dream come true, with its wide choice of products and attractive presentation. This cooperative cellar brings together 45 passionate winegrowers on 280 ha, all of whom have put their grape varieties on the map: Les Pujots, Les Vignerons, le Grussius, IGP Les Sens de la Garrigue, IGP Les Sens des Etangs and AOP La Clape Alta Vinha. You'll also find liqueur wines such as Muscat and Cartagène. The site's motto, by Leonardo da Vinci, pays tribute to the winemakers: "Happiness comes to men who are born where good wine is found."

Family property since 1804, this castle was built by the Viscounts of Narbonne in the ^12th century. On the 32 hectares of stony or clay-limestone soil, exposed on the south-eastern slopes of the Corbières maritime massif, we find the characteristic grape varieties of the Languedoc: syrah, grenache noir, carignan and mourvèdre. These soils produce wines of excellence, with low yields. Proof of this is the AOP Corbières Ermengarde, the flagship of the estate, which regularly wins awards, including two stars and the "coup de coeur" in the Hachette guide 2021.

In beautifully restored 18th-century stables, the Grand Celièr team welcomes you to discover the very best in local wines and regional produce. You'll be able to taste the wines of Argeliers' winegrowers free of charge, discover the story of Marcelin Albert, leader of the winegrowers' uprisings that shook the Midi in 1907, thanks to a video documentary detailing his life, and meet the team of enthusiasts who will share their favorite products with you. The Domaine is located at the gateway to the Hautes Corbières, in the Canton of Durban, at the entrance to the Paradis Valley. Established on the terraces of the Corbières since 1861, Jean-Pierre and Philippe Montanié are the proud successors. These talented winemakers practice a draconian selection of terroir and choose long macerations to extract the best from the grapes (color and aroma). Claudine and Jean-Marie, winegrowers of the domain located between Aude and La Clape massif, have for value the respect of the earth and the vineyard that they work and treat in a reasoned way. They harvest the various grape varieties with great care, then carry out the elaboration leading to the bottling of excellent wines to be tasted in the cellar or at Lorena's Table, the restaurant of the domain.
