The estate is certified organic (AB) since 2012 and equipped with solar panels. It is located in a dry and windy area with sea spray that refreshes the vines planted on a particularly dry soil, thus allowing to obtain grapes with splendid concentrations. The estate is located on the best lands of the plain from La Palme to Fitou. As Domitius said in 118 B.C.: "Here are the stones, the dryness and the wind, but we dominate the Mare Nostrum which bathes the Roman shores".

Bref, ce n'est pas un suivi sérieux,
chez nous quand une bouteille travaille ou a un gout de bouchon, le vendeur s'efforce de la remplacer
si vous voulez du bon vin ,n'y allez pas ,
(une étoile c'est déja bcp trop
