If the fast-food establishments do not count so many, there are few of them to offer such a varied map as the brand new Street Food and it's a good smart plan! This small address does not pay a mine but do not hesitate to cross its door, the specialities are not only original but also excellent. The pizzas hold the top of the poster, the tomato base or fresh cream, you will find for all tastes and we love homemade creations that combine barbecue sauce, peppers, chicken and sausage. The burgers are in the same range, chopped steak, double, breaded fish or chicken, alone or in menu. The little more really cool that makes all the difference remains the taco, to compose yourself with one to three meat choices. Mixing merguez, kebab and steaks for a classic flavour or chicken and tenders for a single go to Texas has never been easier. The hotel is an ideal place for a quick break, without taking a head, but where good taste is at your doorstep.

It's difficult to get into the many pizzerias of the city when you're a little new? Judging by the success of Pizza Nostra, it's not enough for you to have the culinary excellence and to spoil its customers! Issam and Soufiane prefer Italian fresh products and recipes, especially for homemade pasta, and they have added the small local flavours that make good for morale: ingredients that have attracted the most difficult and one can only welcome the hand of the two young people who are committed to quality. You will find on the map the big classics but we, what we have preferred, are homemade creations like Gascony with fresh cream, gizzards and duck magret or Buffalo with its astonishing barbecue cream, its square beef and turkey bacon! Regional and sweet-salted specialities are present, as well as varieties of seafood or fish. The slices invite you to the menu around five meats, a nice option for a delicious little trough. They deliver as far as they will, we are of course advising them!

The Grill Saloon is not an American restaurant, let's say it! Even if you could believe it by entering it, starting with the maze doors, American flags and other frescoes depicting western death and deserts. Pascal has been there for 20 years, and this is a serious guarantee for this institution. Moreover, the two rooms are not empty! To start with, choose, cool salad or snails by the dozen, but it is of course the grills that everyone then waits! A fireplace is arranged in the centre of the room and you will see T-bones, steak and breasts gently under your eyes, in the right smell of the wood fire. What a pleasure!

As soon as it opened, La Plancha signed a small revolution in the world of catering and nightlife. A wine and cocktail bar, this establishment also wanted to be resolutely attached to a quality cuisine, from the terroir to the Basque tendencies... but also to the celebration. The challenge has been met and the ultra-contemporary setting makes it one of the favourite addresses of the Tarbais. Success requires, before taking place in this atypical hangar, a hybrid of bodega with an indus spirit, think about reserving! It goes without saying that the tapas menu almost rivals that of the daring or traditional menus, there is something for everyone. Our favorite goes to blue-veined chipirons, creamy duck breast with peppers, squid flakes. The Southwest is here! Beef is the star with a 800 gram royal piece to share or a beautiful 300 gram rib steak, a quality found in burgers with bakery bread and caramelized onion stew. An original menu that reinvents itself over the seasons without ever losing its character: a must.

Make no mistake about it, even if Charles' little British accent is not typical of Toy country, the owner of this charming little restaurant located in the heart of old Luz, has managed to integrate into local life and adapt to French taste. In cooking, it is the trademark: osso-buco, lamb and trout come from the valley. Trout are steamed and delicately lemony for flavours that are brought to the top! The chef prepares simple and good dishes at a reasonable cost and, in winter, cheese fondue and raclette, the real thing, are served at the table. For the unconditional ones, you will find a beautiful menu of delicious and copious pizzas with a wide choice that can be tasted on the spot or taken away. The amazing hot and cold with salad, Serrano ham and sheep's cheese is definitely worth a try! The products are fresh and local, the cheese comes from the Ferme des Cascades, a reference in the valley and we like cheesecake for dessert! In winter, the wood fire accompanies you for moments of conviviality, with family or friends.

Within an hour of Toulouse, Le Relais Gascon enjoys an exceptional setting with panoramic views over the lake of Thoux-Saint-Cricq. On the large terrace, you can enjoy the regional cuisine that takes the guests of the compound salad, the ducks of duck ducks, the sandre filet with the spruce, and the stuffed duck thigh with cedar and fatty liver sauce… all combined with a quality service always smiling. After all this and a good coffee, a nap under a tree on the edge of the water is necessary, and it is possible. In winter, we will appreciate the light of the veranda and the good wood fire in the large room. An authentic and depressing place, where time stops the space of a meal, and where one likes to return regularly to make a parenthesis in its daily life.

In a huge room decorated with Victorian club style, mahogany and copper furniture and thick carpet, everything invites to order some selected draught beers (to eat with moderation, obviously). We are here in Paris, formerly the Bureau, but the spirit and style have been preserved. On the walls, old American ads of the s contrasts with engravings, with a certain unity of style. But we're also eating in this lounge bar, and quite rightly. The pizzas and the wide variety of salads are worth a visit, as well as menus that are more local. The rooms and suites all have their own personality with comfort, space and elegance. A new space, L'orangeraie, offers an incredible view of the mountains and the new vineyard.
