Creative brasserie with terrace located in Albi, offering menus (starters, main courses, desserts) cooked by the chef.
At the end of 2021, David Enjalran, one of Albi's most gifted restaurateurs, opened this creative brasserie for lunch, with a more gastro feel in the evenings. The terrace is behind the main road. The chef's work here is that of a meticulous innkeeper, offering two daily menus (starters, main courses, desserts): melon soup, mozzarella emulsion, ravioli, eggplant caviar and chorizo, and pistachio nougat with red fruit marmalade... Natural and organic wine cellar with no fewer than 80 references to complete this tasting experience.

Premiere visite dans ce restaurant. Menu de midi ,repas moyen avec 2 plats.decus par le supplément surprise pour le poisson. Prix exagéré pour un verre de Picpoul à 7.50e.. donc pas de seconde visite .
