Laetitia, well known to smart people for her La Cantine and the pink estafette at the market, has left Place Pyrène to set up her "boutique à manger" on Rue Labistours. Fusion cuisine, gourmet sandwiches, ramen, funky cookies and pastries and the famous "riz au lait de la mort qui tue". A multi-influenced cuisine that's, of course, homemade.
