Owner's Message
The Château de Longpré is a luxury hotel located in the heart of the Ariège. It is located in a historic building dating from the 18th century, and has many comfortable rooms and suites. Accessible only to hotel residents, a massage area welcomes you for a one-hour relaxation break, where Melanie welcomes you upon reservation and according to availability. During your stay, you can go hiking or biking, to discover the unusual paths of the Ariège. You can also practice nature sports such as rafting, canyoning, climbing, speleology, paragliding, downhill skiing. As for the restaurant, the chef Guillaume proposes menus mainly elaborated around local products. The menu is prepared according to the season's products, and offers you a large choice of carefully selected wines to accompany your meal.

The staff was extremely polite and welcoming and provided some fantastic tips for the surrounding activities and restaurants.
The main house in an elegant blend of ancient and modern and we loved the staircase and the dining room. We stayed in a suite on the 2nd floor, one of eight rooms in the main house on the property.
Unfortunately, our stay was at the end of their season and the restaurant was closed. The breakfast is a bit limited, so anyone wanting a buffet is better served dining in a nearby Café.
Overall, we loved our stay and will definitely return next time we’re in the area.
