Holocène's concept: take-away food from the food truck after ordering online. The truck criss-crosses the city, meeting at a different location each day (Aéropole, Cité de l'Espace, B612, etc.), and takes a break on Wednesdays and Tuesdays. It's an original idea. Ils proposent 2 sandwich et 1 salade.
J'ai pris un sandwich avec de la coppa. La coppa est mise en plusieurs tranches ce qui est difficile à manger. Le pain est très gros et donc copieux mais le reste des aliments est en petite quantité.
Ce n'est pas pratique à manger et ça laisse les doigts gras.
On paie un supplément pour la consigne de la bouteille mais sans le savoir.
