Bistro/roadside-style restaurant with terrace serving hearty home-cooked food and delicious tapas in the evening.

Brand new on the route de St Jean in Varilhes. A pressure cooker has just gone live. Beautifully decorated bistro/roadside style. Sarah, at the stove, cooks homemade food and welcomes you as if you were at home! It's good, it's hearty, it's friendly and it's convivial, just like the owner. The fox is still licking his lips at the brochettes of duck breast, pommes grenailles and banoffee. In the evening, you'll be delighted by the delicious tapas. Note: oyster sales and rotisserie on Sundays. In fine weather, tastings on the terrace.

Planche apéritive très décevante, en qualité (saucisses froides en rondelles, morceaux de croque monsieur froids, petits morceaux de fromage sans originalité, charcuterie de supermarché, et le clou: 5 petits biscuits apéritifs triangle belin), et en quantité (même pas 1 ingrédient par personne).
Les "bols" de tapas: crevettes, couteaux, saucisses, lamelles de calamars (pas assez cuit): tout est fade et ce ne sont "que" des ramequins.....
Pas de carte de bières ou de vins.
Très déçus de la prestation pour une soit disant cuisine maison....
