At the gates of Strasbourg, on the edge of the Bruche, the town of Wolfisheim belongs to the oldest villages in Alsace. Celts, Romans, Franks, Alamans and Gauls left their mark on Wolfisheim. The pagan population became Christian from the 6th century. While walking along the towpath of the Bruche canal, the walker passes by the castle, the mill and the church. These old buildings are very representative of the past of this village. Nature is omnipresent, with the circuit of the forts (walkable and bikeable), and the animal park. These places, accessible in free time, are an invitation to stroll
