The commune of Villé is located on the old Salt Road which linked Germany to Lorraine. Almost completely destroyed during the Thirty Years' War, it has beautiful urban houses from the 17th and 18th centuries. The church Notre-Dame-de-l'Assomption was rebuilt in 1754. The canton of Villé has 18 communes to discover for their wines, their heritage and their local producers who like to make discover their ancestral trades.
