This artisanal and family business run by Robert Rieffel has built its reputation on the production of eggnog from a very old recipe for egg liqueur. This natural and preservative-free drink is original in its composition and colour, but also very surprising in its smoothness and flavour. It is flavoured with kirsch, cognac, mirabelle plum, raspberry, Williams pear, Gewurztraminer pomace, mint, rum and vanilla. Renowned for its digestive and energizing qualities, this egg liqueur can be enjoyed very fresh, as is or in cocktails, in moderation of course!
