In Boussy, a small village of 500 inhabitants in Haute-Savoie, near Rumilly, the Croison and Orchard Festival takes place every year in October. Numerous volunteers from the village mobilize to pay tribute to the land, with the local fruit in the spotlight: the apple, especially the Croison, and old varieties of pears. Animations last all day, with tastings and sales of local products (bidoyon, the Savoyard cider, boudin à la chaudière, compotes, tomme banche...). Among all the discoveries, courses of size are proposed, of grafting, as well as games and animations intended for the children.
