Contrary to appearances, Prayssas is not a bastide. It is nevertheless a charming village of character which deserves a detour, if only for the beauty of the landscapes you will see on your way. The Place de l'Hôtel de Ville and its narrow streets are worthy of a small village in Provence and its houses are all built of solid white stone. Country of the chasselas, golden grape with transparent grain, and of the churches. Here there are 4 in total: the church of Saint-Jean de Prayssas, the church of Lesterne, the church of Arepns and the church of Castillou. Sometimes Gothic, sometimes Romanesque, they are worth a look!
