The town of Montcuq became famous thanks to Pierre Bonte and Daniel Prévost in a famous sketch written for the TV show "Le Petit rapporteur" in the 1970s. Since then, Montcuq (pronounce the last letter correctly!) has been proud of this fame, and has named one of its streets after the program that made it famous. This small town nestled on a hill in the Quercy Blanc region, on the route to Santiago de Compostela, boasts many assets, including an attractive built heritage and a beautiful view. Here, you can take the time to share a moment over a game of pétanque, or visit the studios and galleries of local artists.
