Perched on a steep slope of the Causse Noir, this village is dominated by a square tower, vestiges of a former castle. We have to take the time to explore the picturesque streets where some beautiful houses of the th century remain. From its small promontory, Peyreleau dominates the Jonte at its confluence with the Tarn in the small village of Rozier. Jonte is the natural border between the departments of Aveyron and Lozere. By the D 29, a small road climbing to the storming of the Causse in direction of Montpellier-le-Vieux, we have a magnificent view over the valley of the Jonte and the cliffs of the causse Méjean.
