Dominated by the very high bell tower of its baroque parish church, which is said to have been built by the inhabitants in 140 days, the village is nestled at the foot of Monte San Petrone. The village's buildings are old, consisting of century-old dry-stone houses with slate roofs and narrow streets paved with grey stone. Under the town hall, whose premises are housed in a restored old presbytery, the old stables, transformed into a multi-purpose hall, show remarkable stone vaults. Four fountains decorate the village, the most beautiful of which has a round stone to be turned to activate its mechanism.
