Creating an authentic, richly-flavored spread without palm oil or artificial flavors? That's the bold challenge set by Catherine Brothier and her brother Yves Zuconi. These two gourmands with a passion for cooking have created a richly-flavored spread, with fine Piedmont hazelnuts, real vanilla and fair-trade cocoa beans. Many top hotels offer this wonderful spread in their establishments. You can find it in Biot at Catherine's partners, the Bee Riviera boutique.

Crunchy and soft, not too sweet, plain, with chocolate, preserved lemon or almonds, they are shaped like a scallop shell. MAHBOULE

Glacier

At the very bottom of the rue d'Aubagne, in the part of the Noailles district that is the most dynamic in terms of shops, a brand new ice cream shop has opened, bringing a sweet touch that was missing in the surrounding streets. Born from the adventure of three associates, Mahboule plays with the meeting between good ice cream and the Mediterranean. Like the flavors offered, pistacchiosa, caramel salt of Camargue, hazelnut of Piedmont or stracciatella ... The ice creams are from the Tuscan house Casalini. A treat! In addition to ice cream, delicious waffles and pancakes in winter. Nice place, clear and elegant with a grocery corner. It remains to be seen if the clientele of the neighborhood will respond but the project is beautiful.
