What a temptation to discover the true Liège delicacy: the waffle. Dorian has taken on the recipe of two brothers from Liège who established this concept in Toulouse. The waffle is available in classic, cinnamon or frangipane dough. You can of course add caramel, whipped cream, cherry, strawberry, banana or ice cream, but let yourself be tempted by the special compositions: the ardéchoise with chestnut cream and whipped cream, or the fondante: a real treat. Go ahead, this beautiful Liègeoise has risen to the challenge with flying colors!
