Farinoman - Benoît, in real life - Quebec baker, crazy about flours and breads, puts poetry, humour and love in his loaves and baguettes. Here are kneaded and baked the old-fashioned way, with organic breads. This vineyard in organic agriculture extends over 105 ha of small terraced plots. Owned by the Audibert family for five generations, it is the oldest wine estate in Lambesc. The wines are reputed to be aromatic, structured and powerful: exceptional reds, fine whites and elegant rosés. The cellar is installed in a former 17th century coaching inn. Come and taste their products: olive oil produced in organic farming, almonds, artisanal chocolates, lavender honey, fruit pulp vinegar, Pastinades de Valensole, essential oils of lavender and lavandin, 100% natural soaps, lavender flowers... A gourmet step in the flavors and scents of Provence and a beautiful moment of sharing.

Just a stone's throw from the Plaine and the Cours Julien, a healthy address with an original and uncluttered style, to be discovered without further ado to return to a more responsible consumption, which gets a little closer to real needs, while allowing to limit waste and save money! Bio & Co is a small family business that has become big. First set up in Aix-en-Provence, Bouc-Bel-Air and Toulon, it has been in Marseille since 2016. Chrislaine Alazard has been raising ewes and lambs since 2003 in La Roque d'Anthéron, below the Abbey of Silvacane. The animals live in the open air all year round, with a summer break in the Savoyard pastures. Fed with fodder produced on the family farm, the breeding is certified organic and the slaughter of the lambs is traditional. The meat is sold in retail, from the whole lamb to the cut and also in the form of some cooked dishes like the famous pieds paquets. Also chickens, guinea fowls or organic farm poultry.
