This little square has been a chocolate paradise since Mathieu Taborcia set up shop there in 2017. Pâtissier-chocolatier and Compagnon du Devoir, Mathieu masters the entire chain, from sorting and roasting the beans that arrive at the workshop in their raw state, to transforming them into tablets, croque-amandes, orangettes and other candied gingersnaps... Grands crus, pure origins, chocolate lovers are spoilt for choice. It's Christmas and Easter all year round!
