This is chocolate heaven. The cocoa beans arrive at the workshop in their raw state, selected upstream by Mathieu Taborcia. Pâtissier-chocolatier and Compagnon du Devoir, Mathieu masters the entire chain, from sorting and roasting the beans to transforming them into bars, croque-amandes, orangettes and other candied ginger... From Grands Crus to pure origins, chocolate lovers are spoilt for choice. It's Christmas and Easter all year round!
