There are three stores in Brignoles, avenue Dréo, place Caramy and quartier Saint-Lazare, where you can sample the famous Brignoles speciality, brinonia, a plum tart created some fifteen years ago by the Lafitau brothers, bakers, pastry chefs, chocolatiers and ice-cream makers. Gourmets will also want to try brignolles, a specialty plum candy, Monaco Brignoles, a choux pastry filled with smooth praline cream, Saint-Quinis, a shortbread cake, and the new St Louis plum cookie.
