On request, you can visit the winery on the Santa Severa seafront. Domaine Pieretti's wines thrive on the influence of the sea, as some of the vines have their feet practically in the water. The winery is run by Lina Venturi-Pieretti, heiress to a long line of Corsican winemakers, who is committed to promoting the terroir and its wines.

U Palmentu offers Mediterranean cuisine, with seafood specialties including fresh fish from the Centuri fishery. The restaurant also features a wine bar and serves piattinis and tapas. We particularly appreciate the restaurant's magical setting, which serves as a backdrop for the delicious dishes. The restaurant overlooks the port of Centuri, adding to its charm. Around the family home, for five generations of men and women, the Albertini family has grown its wines on 45 hectares. They press, vinify, bottle and sell red and rosé from sciaccarellu and white from vermentinu, among others. Noellie Andreucci grew up around pigs, and it was with unwavering determination that she decided to open her own farm after completing her studies in Ajaccio. Noellie practises extensive farming, feeding her Nustrale breed pigs exclusively with acorns and chestnuts, which are born, raised and processed on site. The result is a charcuterie produced in limited quantities, with an incomparable taste.

Mattei, famous for having invented Cap Corse, the island's emblematic aperitif, over 150 years ago, is now a concept store offering a wide range of products from the island and around the world. Crowned the world's best chocolatiers in 2017 in London for a fresh mint chocolate, Josiane and Lionel pursue excellence with great talent. Equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and with a hundred members, this cooperative produces a top-of-the-range oil, marketed under the name "Oru di Balagna", the gold of Balagne. It comes from several varieties of olives, mainly sabine and germaine, from olive trees several hundred years old. The Paolini family created this estate in 1900. Today, Marc Paolini represents the fifth generation, following in the footsteps of his mother who ran the estate inherited from his own father. Also a teacher, Serge Cagninacci has been a beekeeper for 25 years out of passion. In the honey house in the heart of his village of Urtaca, he offers a PDO honey produced with respect for Corsican traditions and bees in sustainable beekeeping and awarded at the Miels de France competition.
