It must be seen at the wheel of its tout terrain between vineyards and olive trees planted with slopes. Christian Mons-Catoni perfectly master the dry turns and steep slopes of its Terrain field, which falls almost in the sea, facing the island of Elba and Tuscany, which looks so close to this corner of Cape Corsica. No doubt the quinquennium, the former French champion of Formula 3, kept his competitor reflexes. But the former P-DG of Panhard is mainly viscerally attached to "his" island, where he spends every weekend. Around multicentenaires trees, he grappillé plots on the maquis and planted with young olive trees. These are no fewer than 4 500 trees which now dominate the sea. With the ancient local varieties (cabanacce and germania), it makes an oil in ripe fruity. And, more original on the island of Beauty, a black fruity olive from dried olives in greniers wooden floors.
