It was listed as a historic monument in 1993 and voted "Most Beautiful Market in Corsica" in 2018. The 21 columns and 380m2, harmoniously blended with palm trees and brick-red roofs, have overlooked the picturesque Place Paoli since the mid-19th century! Here, local producers offer seasonal fruit and vegetables, authentic cheeses, mouth-watering local fish and pastries with an island flavour... The atmosphere is festive, and the shopkeepers will be delighted to let you taste their products with their incomparable "nustrale" flavours!
