This delicatessen of local produce is located at the entrance to Propriano and has been run for twelve years by the Cucchi family, who will be delighted to welcome you. Marie-Blanche prepares her famous chestnut flour doughnuts, while Marcel selects and presents his best products. There's a fine selection of charcuterie from the Upper Taravo region, olive oils, honeys, jams, canistrelli, liqueurs and eaux-de-vie, artisanal terrines and fine bottles of Corsican AOC. Everything is vacuum-packed and ready to ship.

The Richarme family winery extends over 24 hectares, planted with niellucciu, sciaccarellu and vermentinu. In good years, it produces 900 hl of reds, whites and rosés certified AB - agriculture biologique - and practicing biodynamics (Demeter certification). The fruity, oak-aged Esprit de la Terre cuvée is a firm favorite, as is the Lion de Roccapina cuvée. Domaine Orsini has been described as the cathedral of modern gourmet delights. Originally famous for its AOC Calvi wines, it has expanded its production to include handcrafted aperitifs made from the fruits and plants of the maquis. In 1905, the Costa family began raising and processing pigs in the village of Lama. In the 1970s, Ange Toussaint-Costa decided to set up a butcher's workshop in the basement of a house in Urtaca. At first, production was limited to the winter months, but expanded as the pig farm grew. In 1985, he built a new processing shed, recently enlarged. He is one of the island's three largest producers.
