A beautiful area created in 2000 in the heart of the Ortolo valley, known as the source valley, which in the 500 th century had more than hectares of vineyards. Laurence and Elisabeth Quilichini-Phelip run the winery and olive groves on the property of 300 hectares, 12 of which are vines, exposed to the south-east. The winemaking know-how and the work of the vine lead to the production of white, red and rosé, which quickly made a beautiful reputation. Cœur for red 2012, high in oak lightning for 18 months. Déjà conquis par le Castellu di Baricci depuis plusieurs années (coup de coeur pour la Réserve Perpétuelle ;-) ), nous y avons séjourné au mois d'août avec mon conjoint.
Les logements sont spacieux, bien équipés et particulièrement chaleureux.
Sans aucune surprise, c'était parfait !
